9. Product Terms
Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which www.classiccarscyprus.com makes the products available to you (“Product Terms”).
10. Prices
All orders for advertising products is in Euro (€) and include all duty payable, unless otherwise stated.
www.classiccarscyprus.com will not refund advertisers once the advert is published online.
Payment is made strictly with the order. All prices are subject to change without notice.
11. Availability
If for any reason your advertisment is rejected by the moderator, then we will ensure that you are refunded your funds in total.
12. Acceptance
The purchase contract is made on ordering and paying for the advertisment you have posted. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us until you have purchased the advert. We may reject any advertiser without giving any reason.
13. Activation of Advertisments
We will arrange for your advertisment to be activated within 2 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
14. Returns of items
We hope you will be happy with your advertisment. Once your advertisment is published online, there is a strict no-return policy as the material will already have been viewed and downloaded as soon as access is allowed. Chargebacks through PayPal will not be accepted as part of this policy.

15. Making changes to your advert
You are entitled to make changes to your advert by simply logging in with your username and password and making the appropriate text or image changes.
16. Payment
You can pay through PayPal directly, or use any Mastercard or Visa credit or debit cards through your PayPal account.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant advert.
All payments are made in EUROS.
17. General
These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus and any disputes will be decided only by the Cyprus courts.
If any of these Product Terms are held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
